  5. Have you really lived 10,000 or more days or have you lived one day 10,000 or more times? A good question to ask yourself as you work towards more spontaneity in your life.
  6. Being spontaneous means, eliminating your pre-judgments and allowing yourself to meet and deal with new people and ideas.
  7. If you need external security, (Money, Car Etc.), you'd perish, for all of your goods would have been taken away. But if you have internal security and are not afraid of the unknown, then you would survive.
  8. Do Your Best at everything you do.
  9. Failure can be instructive, it can be incentive to work and exploration.
  10. Hanging back because of a fear of what might happen if you ventured into a conversation with strange people on strange topics. Thinking to yourself that they must be smarter, more talented, more skillful, or more glib, and using this as a reason to avoid a new experience.

  12. You’re allowed to be undignified if you choose to. No one is keeping score on you, or going to punish you for not being something that someone else said you must be. Besides, you can never be anything that you don't want to be all of the time.
  13. You hear it every day. Don't think just obey the rules, even if they are absurd. I don’t make the rules, I just enforce them. (Daily every one come across this type of situation at one point of time or the other).
  14. Don't be feared of being judged by others.
  15. Remind yourself that what other people do is not what bothers you, it's your reaction to it. Instead of saying "They shouldn't do that," say, "I wonder Why I bother myself with What they are doing."
  16. If they can do it, so can I.
  17. If you are upset because of not being able to do something that someone else has done, then you've given them control over you.
  18. Be courageous about understanding an activity that you've been avoiding. One act of courage can eliminate all that fear. Stop telling yourself that you must perform well. Remind yourself that doing it is far more important.
  19. Decide not to be tired until the movement before you get into bed.

    Staying in a Job in which you find yourself stuck and unable to grow.
    Being afraid to change locations geographically. You stay in the same place for a lifetime, and delaying in any thing makes no sense.
